The project is expected to provide the organization with a Strategy Road Map depicted in a one-page picture with the Balanced Scorecard. This will facilitate the understanding of the organization’s strategy and help engage the staff and stakeholders in the delivery and review of strategic goals. In mapping the projects initiatives and linking strategic objectives of various teams within the organization, from the performance commitments and accomplishments of the different teams in the organization will ensure a focused delivery of strategic goals. The project is expected as well to align all organizational processes with the strategic priorities to create a truly strategy-focused organization.

Dr. Marshall Valencia is a social and organizational psychologist with 20 years of professional experience as an HR and organizational consultant, trainer, and social scientist. His expertise includes Organizational Development and Industrial Psychology, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership, Organizational Culture, Gender Sensitivity in the Workplace, Training Design, and Facilitation Skills. He has a PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University. He has held different leadership positions in professional associations, academe, and corporate.
