After conducting trainings on Fundamentals and Predictive Analytics, Premier Value Provider Inc. merged the two and conducted the first run of the Masterclass on HR Analytics. The workshop was held last November 25-27, 2019 at One Pacific Place, Makati. It was attended by 33 HR practitioners and researchers from different industries.
The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Marshall Valencia. The event intended to teach the participants the different steps in designing and implementing an HR Analytics project. Participants were also able to do hands-on analysis and create metric dashboards on HR Analytics.
