The study, with data collected by PVP, provided a compelling business case for investing in workplace mental health, showing how stress, anxiety, and depression affect key human resource metrics such as engagement, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Drawing from the Job-Demands Resources (JD-R) theory, the research underscored that while workplace demands impair mental health, resources can enhance motivation. The study also presented baseline data on mental health issues among employees during the pandemic, with stress at 17%, anxiety at 40%, and depression at 32%.
