Embracing Team Dynamics: A Recap of the 2024 IOI LeaderSIP Training

Recently, on June 21, 2024, we had the honor of conducting our 3rd LeaderSIP training session with InterAsia Outsource Inc. Guided by the expert Ms. Vina Vicente, this session focused deeply on team development dynamics, using the Tuckman Curve as our guiding framework.

The Tuckman Curve, encompassing stages like Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning, formed the core of our discussions. Ms. Vina's engaging presentation shed light on how teams evolve through these stages, highlighting the challenges and opportunities inherent in each phase. Through interactive exercises, participants gained an understanding of their leadership roles in facilitating smooth transitions and nurturing team unity.
