Leadership expert Mr. Ross Villamil led PVP's 2-day Executive Leadership Training Program on July 4 and 5, 2024.
On the first day, we had an insightful session on the complexities of true leadership. Mr. Villamil emphasized that effective leadership requires more than just setting an example; it involves tailoring leadership strategies to suit different types of coworkers and understanding the external factors at play.
