This session was dedicated to exploring the intricate relationship between money and mental health, focusing on how financial issues can directly affect our well-being.
The talk featured PVP's own, President and Director for Research and Analytics, Dr. Marshall N. Valencia and Director for Finance and Business Development, Mightor Hernandez.
During the 60-minute webinar, participants gained valuable insights into financial literacy and financial health. Our speakers shared practical strategies to manage financial stress and offered actionable steps on how to live financially wiser, all aimed at improving overall mental wellness.
As an extension of the event, we would like to share this article: Can Money Make You Happy?
