Following the compliance to the DOLE directive in establishing mental health programs and focusing on the skills that the managers and supervisors should have to help employees, PVP conducted two runs of Mental Health First Aid.
This workshop focused on providing "first aid" to someone who is developing or experiencing a worsening mental health problem. It emphasized how to listen and respond to employees who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
This workshop has trained 116 managers and supervisors from 34 companies.
