LeaderSIP - Brewing Next Gen Leaders for IOI
For a company to continue to grow and adapt, it is important that it is able to mold, develop and grow its next gen leaders. InterAsia Outsource, Inc., has tapped PVP for a series of leadership workshops entitled LeaderSIP – Brewing Next Gen Leaders (A Kapihan at Usapang Leadership Session). This 8-part monthly sessions aim to develop and improve the skills of both their battle-weary and newborn leaders and establishing a leadership language based on IOI’s corporate values and evolving company experiences.
Last April 26 was the first of the LeaderSIP series where the first topic was about Foundations: how does mindset form and how is organizational culture built? An intimate group of IOI’s old and next gen leaders were able to freely open up in a safe space as they embark on collaborative growth and discovery. This session emphasized the company’s culture and importance of shared values in the work setting and the relevance of their experiences in becoming effective leaders.
PVP’s LeaderSIP – Brewing Next Gen Leaders offers companies curated topics for its leaders as they work and lead together in strengthening organizational culture, improving team cohesion and overall becoming effective leaders. The 2-hour virtual session is semi-structured so it is perfect for adult learners who are also busy executives.
