What happened in our Leadership Competency Series?

Since the lockdown last March, a lot of personal and organizational changes have occurred – from working from the office to working from home, shopping groceries physically to ordering groceries online, physically signing documents to putting electronic signatures, etc. These changes are examples that have transpired due to the situation we are dealing with.

A number of people also needed help and guidance to cope with the changes that they are experiencing. People deal with these changes differently – some can keep up easily with the adjustments and some experience difficulties.

In the wake of these developments, PVP conducted the Leadership Competency Series, our online training on Managing and Leading Change in the New Normal on July 28-29 and Fundamentals of Practical Coaching on August 4 to 5 to help individuals and companies cope and deal with these changes.

Majority of the participants mentioned that the online workshops exceeded their expectations, as also reflected in their comments and statements about their most liked part of the event: (note: the comments below came from our evaluation)
